  1. Get Required Employment Verification Faster with New Online Service

If you need to provide verification of wages and employment for a lender or landlord, there’s a new online tool provided by Thomas & Company that makes the process faster and easier.

  1. Go to www.thomas-and-company.com.
  2. Click the green button to Request Employment & Wage Verification.
  3. Enter the following:
    • Company code: HCA747
    • Your Social Security number
    • Your HCA 3-4 ID
  4. Thomas & Company will provide you with a one-time-use PIN.
  5. Have your lender go to the same website above and enter your company code, SSN and PIN. The system will return wage and employment verification instantly.
  1. How do I login to e-stub payments?

We have single-sign-on in place for employees. Please log into the network and go to https://www.onlinewagestatements.com/parallon to login automatically. If you are not logged into the network you will need to use your network 3-4ID and password to login.

  1. I want to transfer to another location. What do I do?

To begin the process of transferring to another location, please contact your local human resources department. They will be glad to discuss this opportunity with you.
